Products meant for cleaning household are filled with toxic chemicals which pose a threat to you and your environment. These products are generally costly and it is a waste of money to invest on such costly chemical products which are not even Eco friendly to clean our own sink and washbasin. If you want to (yes u do) clean your sink in the cheapest way using natural ingredients, follow the steps given below in proper order.
· First buy some baking soda (Bicarbonate of soda or Sodium Bicarbonate) and a bottle of white vinegar.
· Once you have the ingredients , plug the water holes in your sink.
· Now sprinkle the baking soda around the sink. The more dirtier and hard to clean parts with build up of lime scale and marks should mainly be concentrated while sprinkling the baking soda.
· Now pour a small amount of Vinegar over the Soda sprinkled sink. You will see a fizz.
· Now take a sponge (obviously a clean one) and gently start scrubbing the mixture into the surface. You will notice that the build up of lime scale and the greasy marks start to get lifted up from the sink surface.
· Once the scrubbing has been done fully, rinse the sink thoroughly with cold water and then you can rub a dry cloth in order to make sure the water is dried and no salt marks are left,
Now your sink is sparkling clean, good as new and has done nothing harmful to you and your environment. Do this simple process once or twice a month to keep your sink clean and shiny always.
